Loulé is our base. It is from here that we set out every day for Almancil, Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, Vilamoura, Quarteira and Albufeira — and it is here that we can respond fastest when someone needs a visit outside the plan.
A town, not a resort
Loulé town is different from almost everything around it. There are permanent residents, high-street shops, services, offices and restaurants that work for people who live here, not only for those who come from outside.
That means equipment in regular use all year round, with heating in winter and cooling in summer — and a more constant pattern of dirt than that of holiday homes.
The climate normals for Faro, which serve as the reference for the area, record 35 days a year above 30 °C and 45 nights above 20 °C. That is three to four months of intense use, every year.
The whole municipality, not just the town
The municipality of Loulé is the largest in the region for tourist overnight stays and covers completely different realities. Vilamoura, Quarteira, Almancil, Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo all belong to Loulé — and each of them has its own page on this site, because the work is different in each.
Besides those, we work in the parishes in the interior of the municipality, including Boliqueime, Alte, Salir and Querença, where the housing stock is more scattered and where most units have never had servicing.
Fast response
Being from here has a practical advantage: when someone calls from Loulé with a problem — a smell, dripping water, a room that stopped cooling before an occupancy — we can almost always fit it in over the following days.
We are not an emergency service and we do not carry out repairs. But if the problem is one of cleaning, and in Loulé it usually is, we solve it quickly.
Shops and restaurants
For cafés, restaurants, shops and offices in the municipality, we work outside opening hours whenever necessary. In spaces with a kitchen, grease in the air clogs the equipment much faster and we recommend two visits a year instead of one.
