Every job follows the same method: protect the space, open the unit, wash each component, sanitise and test. When we leave, the room is as we found it, or better.

Between one hour and an hour and a half per wall-mounted unit, depending on its condition and model. Ducted units take longer because of removing the grilles and diffusers. When there are several units in the same home, the time per unit goes down, because the setup and protection are done once.
Someone has to give access and be present, or authorise whoever holds the key — which is common in villas managed by property management companies. You do not need to supervise the whole job.
We tell you and show you. We do not carry out repairs or work on the refrigerant circuit, so in that case we recommend you contact an air conditioning engineer. We do not charge for diagnosis or push services we do not provide.
You can, and it makes sense when there are rooms that are barely used. Bear in mind that the quantity discount applies to the units cleaned in the same visit, so two visits of two units cost more than one visit of four.
We do, unit by unit, identifying the room or space, what was carried out and what was flagged. For property managers it is the document that justifies the expense to the owner; for hotels it is maintenance evidence.
